Thank you for choosing Brown Refractive Surgery for your Laser Vision Correction! Richard E. Brown, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has provided refractive surgery services to his patients since 1992. Dr. Brown has given LASIK talks to eye doctors throughout the state and has trained other eye surgeons in this procedure. He currently performs LASIK in Northwest Arkansas, in his office at the Brandon Eye Clinic.

The mission of Brown Refractive Surgery is to provide the most current and highest quality refractive surgery to each patient, tailored to his or her individual needs. The most current technology is employed, using the VISX S4 excimer laser, combined with the CustomVue WaveScan, to provide individualized laser treatment. We also provide bladeless, or “all laser” LASIK, which uses the IntraLase femtosecond laser to construct a corneal flap. We are committed to quality, constantly reviewing our techniques and procedures to be sure that each procedure is done with safety, excellence, and precision.
