 Angela has been assisting Dr. Brown since April of 2002. In September 2003, after successfully completing the requirements of academic and clinical training, Angela was awarded the certificate of Certified Ophthalmic Assistant by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel. She is currently testing at the Certified Ophthalmic Technician level. Angela had the LASIK procedure herself in February of 2004, and has 20/20 vision without glasses.
 Brandi was awarded her certificate of Certified Ophthalmic Assistant in September 2003. She has also been designated as a Certified Optician by the American Board of Opticianry in December of 2002. She is currently testing at the Certified Technician level. Brandi had the LASIK procedure in October of 2003 and has 20/20 vision without glasses.
 Ashley has been a technician in the ophthalmic field since November of 1999. She came to work for Brown Refractive Surgery in October of 2004. Ashley has successfully gained certification in phlebotomy as well as certification through PCA of Arizona in skin biology, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
